Nintendo Switch Game: Ring Fit Adventures

Hello guys, I am back after quite a while.
I'm gonna write about 1 of the Nintendo Switch game which is called Ring Fit Adventure. I wouldn't say that it is a game. It's more of like exercising. So if you are like me, don't like running outside or don't like exercising at the gym, this would be perfect for you.
This Ring Fit is using a game setting to make you exercise. They offer different kinds of exercise. So if you don't like doing 1 exercise every time, you can use this. I don't like jogging and what more about going out jogging? So actually I got this to exercise at home. Exercising at my own comfort. It's the best for this current situation. It's best during lock down.
But the timing in the game, it's not equal to the time you used in real life to do the exercise. It's like in the game, you probably did 30 minutes of exercise but in real life, it could be 1 hour or 2 hour. Depends on the difficulty level you set for yourself during the game. I'm not sure how many difficult levels are there but google says that there is 30 difficulty levels. I've set mine at level 15.
I'm also not sure how many levels are there in this Ring Fit adventure but google says that there is 100 levels. So I'm really not sure as I'm not done with the game. HAHAHAHA. It's really very difficult but it's fun. You don't just focus on 1 exercise like just jogging. You get to do different exercises like squats, mountain climber and other exercises. It's really not easy.
You don't get to burn 100 calories within 30 minutes in real life if you're playing the game. You'll probably end up taking 2 hours to just burn 100 calories. Cauz that is what happen to me. HAHAHA. I mean unless you increase your difficulty level. But for girls, I really don't recommend to increase your difficulty level unless you do it everyday.
I've stopped playing for quite a while but I am back to it recently and it's difficult but I enjoy playing it. There is the ring and the leg strap where you can put both controllers into just like the photo shown below:

After the exercise, you can check your heart rate but I feel that it's not that accurate but there's a formula on how they calculate it ... this is how it will look like when you check your pulse:

I'm not sure if you still can get this anywhere but you can try to get it online. I got it from qoo10.
I really enjoy playing it, I will play it on my off days. It will really keep you fit and you can set your goal for the day like how many calories you wanna burn. You can check it online if there is any stocks left. But do take note not to over do it. There's a helper to help you do stretching before you start the game and when you are done for the day, the helper will appear and teach you some stretching to cool you down.
