General Update

Hi peeps! It's been quite some time since I last updated this site. So I decided to do it today. Well, yesterday was my birthday but I wasn't really celebrating it due to Covid-19 and I went to work. HAHAHA! Since I'm not celebrating it, I might as well just go to work.

Well, my boyfriend actually thought of doing staycation but I really find it no point as there's limitation towards the facilities around the hotel even though the price right now is like kinda cheap but I really find it no point due to the limitation and then you'll need to do safe entry. So yeah, don't wanna waste my leave and my money. HAHAHAHA. Well, last year we did celebrate our birthday together by booking a 'chalet' at Sentosa area for like 3 days 2 nights and we invited our friends for BBQ so yeah, just that there's no cake. But friends were around, play games, did some swimming. It was fun but this year, we can't really have too many friends around so I decided not to celebrate.

I did sort of an advance celebration with my friends last week, on Monday & Tuesday. Monday was Yamaha's Day so no need to report to work, so I can go out and meet my friend in the late afternoon. Went Orchard area, walk around the area to hunt for my birthday present & had dinner. So met up with my bestfriend from like 3pm, we walked around and then had dinner at like 5plus 6, then continue to walk around until like 7+pm then we finally decided on the present. HAHAHAHA. I really enjoy walking around. I love the gift so much that I decided to use it for work on Wednesday. HAHAHAHAHA. It is so practical.

Then Tuesday was my off day, met another bestfriend of mine for dinner again at Orchard area. HAHAHAHAHA. But this time round, we went to eat at HAAKON, to be honest, I've never tried HAAKON before and I don't mind. So before I reach, I obviously went to google search about it and looked at their menu. Well, it's healthy food so obviously I wouldn't mind. HAHAHAHA.

Well, they have a variety of choices like POKE BOWLS, ACAI BOWLS, GRAIN BOWLS, SALAD BOWLS, SPECIALTY BOWLS & BRUNCH. They even have SMOOTHIES. So what my bestfriend and I ordered was from Specialty Bowls because I don't wanna have rice. HAHAHA. We ordered Salmon Mentaiko & Soba. It was nice. But I don't think I finish the vegetables though. I can't really remember. HAHAHAH. But it was really nice & filling.

It looks like this. At first, I thought the serving was big but I manage to finish it, which is quite surprising. HAHAHAHA. The sauce was for soba but I saw my friend dipping the vegetables in it, I decided to follow suit that I forgot that it was for the soba. HAHAHAHA. But dipping the vegetable in the sauce makes it feel like it's edible for me. Cauz I don't broccoli just like that. HAHAHA. If you haven't try their food yet, you should give it a try. It's really nice. It's so nice that we didn't even order a drink. HAHAHA. Now that I think about it, we survive the night without any drink. HAHAHA. We sat in the shop and did some catch-up for quite awhile and then we started walking around.

Went to Don Donki, couldn't find my Super CC Lemon drink if not my friend could've the chance to try it. Cauz I've been telling him that it's nice but it's sour. HAHAHAHA. Nothing caught my eye, so I didn't buy anything there but he did. HAHAHAH. After that we went to Tokyu Hands, since it's like beside each other. So we walked around Tokyu Hands and I saw PENS! Well, he introduced me new pen and I was like 'OOHHH' and yeah, we tested the pen and I'm like 'if I wanna buy, I'd rather get the whole set' and he was like 'choose 1'. HAHAHAHA. But I can't decide but I decided on the set so end up he bought the set for me. So yeah, I got a new set of pens ^_^

It was fun and fruitful. I really both the gifts. Of course I've started using the pens as well, just not that much as I have a lot of colourful set of pens as well but yeah. I will enjoy using it. It was nice meeting them and catching up with them. Will meet them up real soon again. HAHAHAHA.
